Tom Y. Ren As AECsoft’s technology leader, Tom spearheaded the creation of the firm’s next-generation web application software including TSMS Total Supplier Management System; SDMS Supplier Diversity Management System; AECsoft eSourcing RFx and Reverse Auction Systems as well as Online Catalog Systems. This comprehensive AECsoft Total Supplier Management solution has since been licensed to major corporations and government agencies to effectively automate the often-complex supplier management and strategic sourcing processes. Prior to co-founding AECsoft, Tom served as the vice president of web development for World Trade Network and as the senior programmer for COADE Engineering Software. Tom has also served as CYNET’s (a public company) vice-president for over a year to market and implement AECsoft's software systems, and has successfully licensed and implemented over 15 major B2B portals in the year 2000. The University of Houston graduate holds dual Masters degrees in Physics (studied superconductivity under Prof Paul Ching-Wu Chu) and Chemical Engineering. |

Lily Y. Xiong Prior to co-founding AECsoft, Lily devoted her talents to completing development projects for several software companies. In addition, Lily provided IT consulting services to major players within the energy sector including Exxon and Koch. Lily attended the prestigious Shanghai JiaoTong University – at the age of 14 – and holds a M.S.E.E. from University of Houston. |

John Paul Gutierrez Prior to joining AECsoft, John Paul gained valuable sourcing and purchasing experience as a project and procurement manager with an engineering and construction company. John Paul has also served as a design engineer in the upstream oil and gas industry. John Paul holds a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from LeTourneau University. |

Tina Nguyen Schwarz Prior to joining AECsoft, Tina served as president of the business consulting and strategic implementation firm, Venture 2 Business LLP. Tina has also served as the program manager for the Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation at the University of Houston, College of Business Administration. She has been on several boards including the Energy Valley, College of Business Alumni Association and Peregrine Holdings. Tina has a BBA from the University of Houston with a double major in Finance and Entrepreneurship. She holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston as well. |
