Tom Y. Ren
Tom Y. Ren is the co-founder, Chairman and Chief Technology Officer of AECsoft USA, Inc. Along with the efforts of his AECsoft team, Tom has created the next-generation web application software: AECsoft Total Supplier Management System including SDMS Supplier Diversity Management System; AECsoft eSourcing RFx and Reverse Auction Systems; Online Catalog Systems, etc. These systems have been licensed to major corporations and government agencies to automate their Supplier Management and Strategic Sourcing process.

Prior to AECsoft, Tom served as the V.P. of Web Development for World Trade Network and as the Senior Programming Engineer for COADE Engineering Software. After COADE, Tom joined CYNET (a public company) as their Vice-President for over a year to market and implement AECsoft's software systems, and has successfully licensed and implemented over 15 major web projects in the Year 2000.

He graduated from the University of Houston with dual Masters Degrees in Physics (studied superconductivity under Prof Paul Ching-Wu Chu) and Chemical Engineering and was licensed by the State of Texas as a Professional Engineer.

Lily Y. Xiong
Lily Y. Xiong is the co-founder, President and Chief Developer of AECsoft. With over 15 years of programming experience, Ms. Xiong has brought to the firm her technical savvy and ingenuity. She is the lead developer of AECsoft's products and successfully managed implementation for over 100 major web applications. Prior to founding the firm, Ms. Xiong completed projects for several software companies and conducted IT consulting for several major energy clients such as Exxon and Koch. At a mere 14 years of age, she attended the prestigious Shanghai JiaoTong University. Ms. Xiong has a M.S. E.E. from University of Houston.

John Paul Gutierrez
John Paul is the V.P. of Professional Services for AECsoft, and has been with the company since 1999. Mr. Gutierrez's role within the firm includes project management, client relations, and eProcurement System consulting; he has also been instrumental in the company's Total Quality Management, Continuous Improvement and customer focus strategies. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gutierrez gained experience in the sourcing and purchasing process as a project and procurement manager with an engineering and construction company. He also served as a design engineer in the oil and gas industry. John Paul holds a BS in mechanical engineering from LeTourneau University.

Tina Nguyen Schwarz
Tina Nguyen Schwarz is the V.P. of Business Development for AECsoft. Prior to joining AECsoft, Tina served as President of Venture 2 Business, LLP, a consulting and implementation company. Her area of expertise while at V2B included strategic planning, business and financial modeling, infrastructure design and build-out, structuring debt and equity financial transactions, and performing full due diligence and company valuation analysis for funding, merger and acquisition purposes. Tina also served as the Program Manager for the Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation at the University of Houston, College of Business Administration. She has been on several Boards including the Energy Valley, College of Business Alumni Association, and Peregrine Holdings. Tina has a BBA with a double major in Finance and Entrepreneurship and an MBA in Finance from the University of Houston.
